Who wants the best job... Ever?

So I have been currently employed by this awesome company called Superdry. My job is literally getting paid to wear the best clothes on the market. Sweatshirts, T-shirts, shorts, headphones or swimsuits whatever your choice you can’t go wrong. My personal favorite is the lumberjacks which I now have 6 of. Well now it is time to pass the torch, attend tribal council, or whatever you call it. It is now time to call on you to do my job. I know a few of you have already been scratching and clawing to try and get what I do, well here is your chance!

$1,000 in Superdry apparel.

Duluth is a up and coming scene for local music. It has pumped out national acts like Trampled by Turtles but now its time for the DJs to take over. Duluth has produced; Big Dog, Risky Fingers, and DJ AD. The photo here is of DJ AD and is dedication to music but most importantly Superdry. DJ AD known to the crowd but Keith to his friends is a regular DJ at the hottest spots in Duluth! Not only is DJ AD wearing Superdry headphones when he is spinning the hottest tunes around the city. He also loves his Superdry Windcheater that is perfect for the variable spring weather of Duluth.

So this Thursday at the Mall of America, Regan and I are holding our final Superdry event of the semester! It is going to be way better than any of the events we’ve held in the past for many reason! So last week most of the seniors left UMD for their final time. They worked out their last homework problem, and printed their last paper. So Superdry wanted to give some of those lucky study freaks some help studying for the final push. These headphones should do the trick! Meet Leo!

He’s not only active in his fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega, but he’s super involved in intramural sports whether it’s being a referee or playing! Last weekend he was named Phi Sigma Sigma sweetheart so I thought that he was well deserved of some new Superdry Swag :) He definitely will have a hard time keeping those sorority girls away from him now!

So last Wednesday some awesome people at the University of Minnesota Duluth entered into a drawing for some free superdry clothing! Well here are the winners of those clothes!

Overall there were over 200 entries for these AWESOME clothing items! Congratulations to the lucky winners! We even had a few people come to the event wearing their own Superdry clothing!

Madam President, permission to give you a makeover?

…is what I asked the President of one of the top sororities on campus when I saw her out at a fraternity party wearing this,

Yes, you heard correct, this was taken at a PARTY, with BOYS.

I not only saw this as an opportunity for future blackmail, but also an opportunity for a personal makeover and to bring her shopping with me to get all new Superdry swag! We had so much fun at the mall picking out new outfits that she can mix and match to wear out.

TONIGHT, we are going back out to the fraternity house to show off her new gear. I took all these pictures of her while we were getting ready! She had such a hard time choosing which outfit to wear :) Which means success!

This is one of Dana’s favorite outfits. She paired one of Superdry’s Lumberjack Plaids with a pair of black Sulphur denim and a tan blazer (which she already owned). Being one of our future educators, this would be a perfect outfit for her to wear during parent teacher conferences to make a great impression. Definitely adorable, but not quite right for tonights occasion.

This is the second outfit Dana tried on, a lot more casual than her first one. This outfit includes one of my favorite superdry items the Lofter shirt. It’s sheer and thin so you can pair it with a sweater like Dana did and not feel like you have too many layers on! In Duluth Minnesota, a scarf is definitely a necessity. This outfit came second runner up for tonights festivities.

AND FOR THE WIN…

This was Dana’s final choice for her outfit tonight! She loved this pairing because of the bright colors that came out in her Lumberjack which matched perfectly with her favorite sorority shirt. As any sorority girl would agree, pink is thee favorite color so this was an obvious choice for her :) :)

And who can forget to throw on their Technical Windcheater to top it off!

Watch out Duluth, were off to have the night of our lives, looking great and feeling Super in our brand new Superdry outfits! :)

This weekend’s event was a blast and everybody loved getting tons of Superdry swag. For anyone that could not attend, heres a little re-cap:

Everyone made the drive out to Craguns resort in Brainerd, Minnesota for the annual Phi Sigma Sigma formal around 5 or 6 o clock Friday night. Right away, I spotted two of the members, Anne and Maddi rockin’ their favorite Superdry shirts. (The man in the background was obviously upset over the fact that he doesn’t have any superdry swag). Check out the men’s and women’s t shirts that Superdry has to offer. There a great item to wear at a casual weekend get away. Comfy enough to sleep in, but fashionable enough to get paired with a great pair of jeans and hoodie.

The same upset photo bomber from above got a lot happier when I surprised him with a pair of flip flops :)

During the day on Saturday, everyone who attended spent a bunch of time in the pool area. The picture below is of Zach, a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon, sporting his favorite swim suit. As college students, we look forward to summer vacation more than any one else because It’s finally a time where we don’t have to think about that next test or assignment. I think it’s also a great time to reward ourselves for working so hard the past semester, so what better way to reward yourself than to buy a new swimsuit. Superdry has an awesome selection of super cute, high quality suits. I personally own the Logo Bikini and absolutely love it.

The next night, there was a dinner and awards ceremony. Superdry unfortunately does not have formal wear but later that night, some attendees showed me that they were wearing there Superdry flip flops under their dresses during the dance portion of the night. How creative! It’s always good to prepare a back up pair of flat shoes to dance in! (The Superdry flip flops are the best option, they provide comfort and style!) get them here from the Superdry website :)

Living in Minnesota my whole life, you would think that I would have adapted to the cold weather, but we still bundle up when it’s cold outside just like everyone else. Below is a picture of Jeff and I rocking our Superday at night to stay warm. Jeff wears his Windcheater where ever he goes and I love sporting my (mens) hoodie. It just keeps me so warm! Packing a thick extra layer when going out of town is definitely a must. Especially in Minnesnowta, the temperature will change at the drop of a hat and if you have your windcheater with you, you’ll be set!

All in all, everyone who attended had a fabulous time and everyone enjoyed their awesome raffle items! You all now know exactly what you need to stay fashionable while going away for the weekend, not just a sorority formal, but anywhere else!
